Agriculture
Agriculture is one of the most important sectors of the Italian economy and one of the most distinctive features of the area: one thinks only of the land in the Po Valley or the scenic terraces of the Ligurian Riviera, tear down mountain areas in order to cultivate agriculture products or vines of the Trentino territory, clinging to strips of land gained to the determinent of rocked faces.
Trying to describe the huge variety of agricultural production, organic farming, of the national territory is as good as to begin a journey within the Italian territory, the discovery of small and large companies, with passion, skill and sacrifice they made the products as one of the symbols in the Italian gastronomic pleasure. Every region, city as well as small town is known for its agricultural production, proudly cultivated, with more attention.
